Private Training Program
New To Martial Arts?
Whether you’re new to Martial Arts or looking to brush up on some of your skills, private lessons are available upon request.
This allows for one-on-one sessions to focus on individual needs and development. All of our instructors are more than happy to schedule a private lesson to help achieve whatever fitness goal you want to get closer to.
Kids private sessions are normally 30 minutes long while adult private sessions are normally 45 minutes long.
